Korean Kick Boxing

Korean Kick Boxing is a fast and skillfull sport.
We have a full syllabus with a belt grading system that can run side by side with our Freestyle Taekwondo but also gives the student an opportunity to become Black Belts in two exciting sports.
Belts are awarded on a 'TIME SERVED' and 'TECHNIQUES REQUIRED' system.
In our academy we only do semi-contact sparring, as to avoid serious injury and to keep the saftey levels up. This does not take away the speed and target striking which is required to improve your skills.
